PussyBucks by Haas & Reed B.V. located at Mantelmeeuwhof 15, 3582 DN, Utrecht, Netherlands operates and manages the Website platform accessible at https://pussybucks.com/.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THE AGE OF MAJORITY AND LEGAL CONSENT IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH YOU LIVE OR RESIDE TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. USE OF THE PLATFORM IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

We have placed this detail over and above all of our other terms because it is the most important. The PussyBucks platform is only open to consenting adults. We have zero tolerance for any minors on the PussyBucks platform. Moreover, we have zero tolerance for any image of any minor being uploaded to our platform for any reason. We reserve the right to and do report each and every suspected minor to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement agencies. If you believe that a minor is using the site, you must report it immediately to info@pussybucks.com.
Please read the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") as they form the legal contract between PussyBucks by Haas & Reed B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "PussyBucks") and YOU. By using the Platform, you are demonstrating your willingness and confirming your agreement to be bound by all of these T&C.
IF YOU DON’T AGREE WITH THESE T&C, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. "2257 Regulations" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.8 herein;
1.2. "Content" shall mean original Uploader-generated content OR original MEMBER-generated content, such as pictures, videos and other materials.
1.3. "DMCA" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.10 herein;
1.4. "Licence" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2 herein;
1.5. "MEMBER(S)" shall mean the registered individuals using the Platform for their personal needs.
1.6. "PussyBucks" shall refer to Haas & Reed B.V., acting as the merchant of record and platform operator.
1.7. "Platform" shall refer to the service available at https://pussybucks.com/.
1.8. "Uploader(s)" shall refer to verified content producers.
1.9. "USER(S)" shall mean individuals using the Platform.
2. GENERAL TERMS
2.1. These T&C govern your rights and responsibilities in connection with the Platform.
2.2. Subject to compliance with all these T&C, PussyBucks grants you a license to use the Platform for private, personal, non-commercial, and entertainment purposes.
2.3. As a MEMBER, the Platform gives you the ability to buy Content and interact with Uploaders. Registering as a MEMBER is free.
2.4. You agree and represent that you are AT LEAST 18-YEAR-OLD AND THE AGE OF MAJORITY.
2.5. Merchant Responsibility & Content Monitoring. While Uploaders are independent contractors, PussyBucks is responsible for all Content published on the Platform. We have strict monitoring procedures in place. All Content uploaded to the Platform is reviewed by PussyBucks moderation team prior to publication to ensure it complies with these T&C and applicable laws. We review all text, images, videos, and live stream sessions (where applicable). Illegal content, or content violating our policies, is strictly prohibited and will be rejected or removed.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1. Registration. You must register to use the platform. PussyBucks reserves the right to decline any registration.
3.2. Confidentiality of Your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
3.3. Account and Profile Settings. You can edit your settings at any time.
3.4. Content Uploaded on Your Account. You are responsible for Content uploaded via your account. You will not upload Content that is illegal, involves minors, or violates our Forbidden Words or Prohibited Content policies.
3.5. Linking your Account to Social Media. If you link social media, you bear all risks.
3.6. Closing your Account. You may close your account at any time.
3.7. Prohibitions. You agree not to disrupt the platform or violate laws.
3.8. 2257 Regulations. PussyBucks maintains records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. All Uploaders are required to provide valid ID documents and consent forms for themselves and all depicted persons prior to uploading content.
3.9. Reporting of Pornography Involving Minors. PussyBucks reports all suspected child exploitation materials to the NCMEC.
3.10. DMCA. We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the DMCA.
3.11. Parental Control. You are responsible for preventing minors from accessing your device.
3.12. Content Removal. Content can be removed if it violates terms. No refunds for deleted content violating terms.
4. PRICES, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
4.1. Content Prices. Purchases are processed via credit/debit cards. By purchasing, you agree to the payment provider's terms.
4.2. Delivery. Digital content is available immediately upon confirmed payment.
4.3. Refund Policy. All sales are final except if content is corrupted. See our full Refund Policy.
4.4. Billing and Cancellation. Use of the platform is generally free (pay-per-view). If you subscribe to any recurring membership or subscription service on the Platform:
- The transaction amount and frequency will be clearly displayed prior to purchase.
- You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time by visiting your "Settings" or "Purchases" page and selecting "Cancel Subscription."
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
5. PUSSYBUCKS RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1. Platform Updates. We may update or modify the platform at any time.
5.2. Moderation Procedures. PussyBucks reviews all uploaded content (photos, videos, and texts) before it is visible to the public. We verify that all content providers and depicted persons have provided valid ID and consent forms. Despite these measures, if you discover violating content, please report it immediately.
5.3. Warranties. The platform is provided "AS IS".
5.4. Liability. PussyBucks is not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions.
6. USERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTIES
6.1. Representations and Warranties.
6.1.1. You are of sound mind and legal age.
6.1.2. You will comply with all local laws.
6.1.3. Strictly Prohibited Content. The following content is strictly prohibited. Any account uploading such content will be banned:
(i) Minors: Any depiction of individuals under 18 (or appearing to be under 18).
(ii) Non-Consensual Activity: Rape, force, or content where consent is not clear.
(iii) Intoxication: Depiction of individuals who are asleep, unconscious, drugged, hypnotized, or intoxicated (alcohol or drugs). Alcoholic beverages and illegal substances are prohibited in all content.
(iv) Violence/Hate: Mutilation, torture, physical injury, hate speech, blood, or menstruation.
(v) Animals: Bestiality or any depiction of animals/pets in content.
(vi) Unverified People: Background people (even if blurred) or any person who has not provided ID and consent forms to PussyBucks.
(vii) Extreme Acts: Fisting, scat (urine/feces), necrophilia.
6.4. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify PussyBucks against claims arising from your use of the platform.
7. TERM AND TERMINATION
7.1. These T&C are effective as long as you use the Platform.
7.2. PussyBucks may terminate your account for violations.
8. SERVICE MARKS
8.1. All PussyBucks marks are proprietary.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
9.1. You agree to protect confidential information shared by PussyBucks.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
10.1. Notices. Email info@pussybucks.com.
10.2. Jurisdiction. These T&C are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The courts of Breda, Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & THIRD PARTY LINKS
11.1. You must not post false or infringing content.
11.2. Third-Party Links Policy. You may not post links to external sites that contain violating content or content that is beyond PussyBucks' monitoring capabilities (e.g., external cam sites). PussyBucks will remove any third-party links found to contain or lead to violating content.
11.3. Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking. PussyBucks has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking and slavery. We prohibit the use of our website in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, or abuse.
11.4. You may not sell personal contact details or promote in-person meetings (prostitution/escorting).
Addendum: Policies & Procedures
1. PAYOUTS
Uploaders are paid monthly upon reaching $100 USD. Identity verification is required for all payouts.
2. CONTENT STORAGE
PussyBucks is a sales platform. Non-performing content may be deleted.
3. COMPLAINTS AND TAKEDOWN POLICY
3.1. Reporting Violations
We take all reports seriously. Users can report content via email to info@pussybucks.com.
3.2. Resolution Timeframes
- Illegal or Non-Consensual Content: Reports regarding illegal content, child exploitation, or non-consensual use of likeness will be investigated and removed within 24 hours.
- General Complaints: All other complaints and disputes are dealt with in a fair manner and aimed to be resolved within 7 days.
3.3. Urgent Takedown (Non-Consensual)
To initiate an urgent takedown for non-consensual content, email info@pussybucks.com with the subject "Urgent Takedown Request". We will process removal within 24 hours. Re-upload of such content is strictly prohibited.
