Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Printing to order does not change that — choosing a size from our size run is not a personalised product.

The 14 days

The period starts the day you, or someone you nominate, physically receives the shirt. You have until the end of the fourteenth day after that to tell us you are withdrawing.

You only need to tell us within those 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to actually send the shirt back.

Telling us

Email info@pussybucks.com with your order number and say that you are withdrawing. A clear statement is enough — you do not have to use a particular form or give a reason.

If you prefer a form, the model withdrawal form is at the bottom of this page. Either is fine, and we will confirm receipt.

Sending it back

Send the shirt to Return address — to be completed within 14 days of telling us. Use a tracked service if you can — until it reaches us, proof that you sent it is what protects you.

You pay the cost of returning the shirt. We do not charge a restocking or handling fee, and we do not deduct anything else from your refund.

This does not apply if the shirt is faulty or is not what you ordered. In that case we pay return postage whatever it costs — see below.

The condition it comes back in

Try it on, as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any reduction in the shirt's value caused by handling it beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

In practice: a shirt that has been tried on is fine. A shirt that has been worn out, washed, altered, scented or damaged is not, and we may reduce your refund to reflect what it is now worth.

Your refund

We refund within 14 days of the day we are told you are withdrawing, using the same payment method you paid with. You will not be charged anything for the refund itself.

We refund the price of the shirt plus the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate rather than the premium.

We may hold the refund until we have the shirt back, or until you show us proof that you have sent it — whichever happens first.

Faulty, damaged or wrong

This is a separate route and a stronger one. If the shirt arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund it, and we pay the postage both ways.

Your rights here last far longer than 14 days and are not affected by anything on this page.

Exchanges

Every shirt is printed for one person, so there is no shelf to swap from. The fastest route to a different size is to order the size you want and return the first one. You are covered by the 14 days on both.

If a design has been taken off sale by the time you want to change size, a return is a refund rather than an exchange.

The measurements on the shirt page are the best defence against this. Measure a shirt you already wear and compare.

Model withdrawal form

You do not have to use this. Complete and return it only if you want to withdraw from the contract.
